If I create an new project (song) using the supplied loops with Acid Music Studio 7.0.

I understand the royalty free situation. But can I copyright the final song? Can I sell the song? Can I see it as a ring tone?

Yes, you can copyright and sell the finished product that you created using Acid loops - they are designed to be used royalty-free which is a major marketing point. As long as you don't use other artists' work without permission (ie; remixing), you can do whatever you wish with your own creation.
