Subject:Registering problem Posted by: BobMoyer Date:3/26/2009 1:57:29 PM Ok, got everything installed and registered EXCEPT - iZotope Acid Pro Effects Rack. I go through the process but it keeps telling me I have an invalid serial number. I have entered it and checked it several times and it is definitely the one that was in the package. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Bob

No help at all was offered other than contacting the above vendors directly. Wow, I thought they would be a little concerned that the material they furnish and we pay for would at least install without problems. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Bob

Garritan requires you drag and drop the PNG image to ARIA (after going through the process of authorization). In any case, I would definitely go straight to the vendor; registration and authorization issues can only be fixed on the original vendor's end. (For example, I had an issue re-registering KitCore since I had exceeded the number of registrations (long story). Contacting Submersible (who makes KitCore) directly without even contacting Sony Creative solved my issue without problems.) Iacobus
