Platinum Pro pack - missing download

I have just taken advantage of the 35% off offer, my order includes the following :
New Blue Effects and 3D Transitions - but there is no download button for the software, has anyone else had the problem.
I tried the support form but do not believe it has been sent - take takes you round in circles.

Those extras are included on the "Optional Shipped Items" DVD. So, you have to pay the $15 for it and they will ship it to you. The DVD includes everything listed, VMS 9 Platinum Pro, Sound Forge 9, DVD Architect 4.5, the 1001 sound effects, the NewBlue stuff and Cinescore plugin.

I've noticed that it's not really clear when purchasing that some items are not available in the download only version. I was burned by this fact on a previous purchase. Recently I upgraded my software and made sure to get the software on disc so I now have all extras. I just think that it should be made very clear at checkout that this is a good reason to pay the $15 or whatever to get the CDs and manuals.

I would gladly PAY 15 $ to download it because the customs around here charges some hefty 50 $ to let the CD through - btw. this even applies to free CD's.... :-)))

The download link is there on the download page, but it doesn't look like the others. It's in the "Extra Files" section below one of the main download links.

I guess I was referring to extras like the 1,001 Sound FX. I guess if I had been paying more attention I could have been helpful since the original poster was talking about plugins that are available for download.
