I just got Acid Music Studio v. 7, and I've run into a problem that probably has a simple solution, I just can't seem to find it. The song I'm working on is only about a minute long. But the amount of time in the timeline is more like 1 1/2 minutes. When I transferred the song to Windows Media Player there is 30 seconds of silence at the end. How do I shorten the total time of the song, to get rid of the silence? I tried putting the right length in the "Fit to Time" edit tool, but it didn't do anything. |

"Transferred the song to Windows Media Player" - do you mean you rendered the file to a wav format and then played it? I don't have Acid Music, but I presume it is the same as Acid Pro. Acid renders the section between the loop markers. Check your settings before you render - you may need to check the manual to see how your version sets the rendering region. |

Thanks, your suggestion was very helpful. In Music Studio there is a box you have to check to only render the looped section. |
