Live Assistance is Dead

I won't go so far as saying Vegas is dead, but the Live Assistance under this web page's Support menu is definitely dead. At least for me. I have tried the Live Assistance several times over the past few months and it always comes up with me number one in the queue with 0 minutes - 16 seconds estimated wait time. Nothing else ever happens.

Has this worked for anyone else?

Hi Jerry -

Live Assistance is working properly. A couple things to try on your end: update Java, clear temporary internet files and cookies, and try using Internet Explorer if you're using a different browser.
