Preview In Explorer Window as One Shot -ACID Product Family

Hey I just had a quick question, when I preview sounds in the explorer window they either playback as one shots or loops that are off speed, I was wondering if theres anyway I can somehow set as a default for the preview to always play the sound as a one-shot so that it plays it clearly instead of off speed because I go through sample CDs and this would make it a lot easier then having to change the sounds individually to one shots, thanks if anyone knows what I am talking about please comment back
