Is it possible to run scripts while sound forge is recording? I want to write a gui that updates marker names while recording is in progress.

Sorry, No.

Recording in Sound Forge is a modal operation, You can't do anything else until recording is complete.

Thank you for you reply. Do you know if this will be changed in future versions? At the very least I would like to be able to change the name of a marker while recording. We have 50 to 100 markers for each recording and I have to have a seperate program just to keep track of what marker is what.
