Subject:Add Metronome Track

I'm building some practice music for a choral group. The arrangement has several midi tracks. I can use the metronome in the application, but I'd like to add the metronome to the rendered mp3 file for practice. Can this be done? How?

Why not have an extra Midi track playing high and low cowbell/woodblock or something to provide your metronome beat ?
