Thickening audio

I have 2 same timed tracks. How do I move or offset one audio track by a micro second?

Turn off Quantize to Frames.
Turn off Snapping.
Ungroup the audio track(s) if necessary.
Zoom all the way out and drag the event or use the Insert Time function.
One of the events will turn pink to indicate that it is out of sync, which it now is.

A MICRO-second ! You can't. You can move an even a minimum of one sample at the mixer setting rate. At 192KHz sample rate, this is 5.2 micro-seconds. At 48KHz 0.2 milli-seconds.
