i bought studio about 2 years ago and i didn't keep the serial or the receipt. is there anything i can do to retrteve the serial, becaue i recently had my pc restored.

Did you register your software? If you did, go to My Account / My software at the top of this page and you'll find your serial number displayed there. If you haven't registered, you may have to call customer support and beg.

thanks, i didn't check that at first, because i didn't think i registered it.
