Is it possible to render a video to MP4 file?

Hi,

i would like to know if i can render a video file to Mp4 using Vegas movie studio platinum 8 so that it can play on a samsung D900 i cellphone?

I tried to render it using Mainconcept AVC/AAC (mp4) but it doesn't send the video to the video section it send it to other files section therefore making it impossible to be played on the cellphone.

can any one help!

No, you need Quicktime Pro for it for $30, or something like SUPER, or MediaCoder which are free. These older cellphones only support MPEG4-SP .mp4 files, while Vegas only exports MPEG4-AVC .mp4 kinds of files.
