Ok I gave you the bad news (Phrazer), now for the good news (Reason) !

Oh man, talk about opposite ends of the earth! I also
downloaded the mac version of Reason
(Propellerheads). Three words, OH MY DOG!

You guys gotta check this program out, it's amazing. It
ships Dec. 4, and it's going straight to the top of my
Christmas list. I know this has nothing to do with Vegas
or SF and I'll probably get spanked by the "forum
police", but I couldn't help myself, it's too cool.

Ya Know, don't get upset if I don't get over enthusiastic at new
software. From someone like me who's worked on everything from an
SSL and AMS Neve to Cakewalk, I'm just tired of learning new
software. Luckily SF software doesn't have a steep learning curve and
does everything I need it to do, so I just decided to stick with it
and master the tools that I'm familiar with. Also the reason I still
use the out of business Opcode's Studio Vision to sequence. It works,
does everything I want it to, and I know how to use it. Shoot,
they're even given away Pro Tools for free now, and I'm still gonna
stay with Vegas for that same reason. My clients that see me use
Vegas, and have worked on Pro Tools, always give me compliments about
how well I'm able to edit and all the functionality of Vegas.

There's my 2 peso's worth.

Ohhh...you guys were talking about "Reason"....yeah that does look
like a cool program. I will be getting a copy of that for myself.
I've been waiting for that program to come out. I am a big rebirth
fan.

Some legitimate statements, although no one will ever take you
seriously here with rantings like this. I think you need to visit an
anger management forum, there's no need to grab arms and speak of an
anarchy movement, over a piece of software. And by the way, you
forgot to mention the need to be able to control Vegas with a
standard midi control surface.

Thanks,
Irvin
