Subject:GraceNote disappeared

I noticed recently that the Gracenote MusicID button and CDInfo button have disappeared from my "Extract Audio from CD" dialog box. They were there the last time I used my Sound Forge about a month ago, and now they're gone. Can anybody tell me what might have caused this?

Are they still around? I seem to remember that they were going away, or the service was changing or something like that...
