Acid Pro 3.0 FX plug-in doesn't function -ACID Product Family

Here's what I originally submitted to tech support: I am able to insert assignable FX to the chain, which displays the GUI, but does not appear to implement the desired result for any of the insertable effects (Sonic Foundry Reverb, Pitch Shift, etc). The checkbox for these effects in the chain are checked and active. Adjusting the settings in the GUI produce no discernable change to the sound production. For reference, the .dll files are all located in C:\Program Files\Sonic Foundry\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio.
