Subject:Unexplained key change Acid 7.0a

I use Acid for my commercial work and for my band. I dragged an audio file into Acid and set the key to "None". The song is in the key of "A". I played along while recording. Played back fine on first playback. Stopped it and restarted playback and now it's playing back in the key of A# - it moved up a half-step. Huh? Restarted Acid, loaded the file and it's in A#. Started from scratch and for unknown reasons it would play back properly for a number of times and then jump up a half-step and stay there. If I had made any changes - effects, etc. - and then hit the "Undo" button, it would now play back in the proper key. Any ideas why this is happening? Didn't have this issue with 6.0. - I tried setting the key to "A" before dragging the file in - no difference. The file is a "One-Shot" |
