Cant purcahse the upgrade why? -ACID Product Family

Subject:Cant purcahse the upgrade why? Posted by: RTod Date:12/5/2008 9:39:52 PM I filled everything out and got to the very last part of downloading the upgrade for Acid Pro 6 to 7. and got a message that said, "We have encountered a fatal error in processing your order. Your order was not completed, and you will not be charged. " I have had nothing but trouble with Sony products when it comes to registration, downloads, and most of all getting somebody on the phone for Tech Support. I would love to use the products but it seems like Sony doesnt want to sell them. It just shouldne be this hard to get somebody to take my money. I tried to use the e-mail form and got an error there too. It said I needed to puit something in the product foield, well I did I used the drop down menu and put "Acid" in. What is going on, it just shouldnt be this hard or this frustrating.
