I've never noticed this before. I'm working on a project in AP7.0a. I did a TON of takes of the same vocal line with my female vocalist, so I ended up with tracks that have more than one WAV in them. When I right-click on a clip and I say "Edit in Forge" in this project I often get a different clip opened than the one I intended. I can repro this 100% on some tracks. Is this a known bug? I'd be happy to wrap up the project in an acid zip file and send it to someone in tech support if they can't repro. |

Just to check - before you right-click, is the clip selected in Acid? Is it possible to left-click on a clip to select it then right-click on a different clip to open it? Which one opens in SF? |

This is a new bug introduced in the last update (7a). You can get around this bug by opening the "Track Properties" window and then left clicking on the desired clip on the track. This will cause the clip to be highlighted in the "Track Properties" window, where you can then right click on it for your editing application. The correct clip will now open in the editing application. |

Thanks. I also found that you can "view in chopper" and then right click on the selected audio and open in Forge and it works. I'm guessing a regression of the "clip opens two instances" bugfix. |
