Subject:Music Studio 7 Time Mapping

I don't know if I can even do this in Music Studio, but I'm trying to mix loops @, say, 134bpm with a sound file recorded @ 74bpm. Doesn't seem to work. When I look at the properties of the sound file I don't see any tabs to reset beats or anything like that. Is it not possible in Music Studio to do this or must I use something like Sound Forge to normalize the files, if that's even possible?
