Does ACID 7 have any ability to store Mixer views for easy recall?

No, but it is something planned for the future.

Rick,

What I do is start a new project, input blank audio tracks, assign them to audio devices, add effects as desired, set up the mixer, and then save as "recording template". That way, each time I want to start recording I open the "recording template" and then when I am done I just save the session as a different name.
