Two issues: When I froze several tracks on a multitimbral synth ... only the first track played back? Second ... if you are supposed to be able to freeze multiple tracks in a multitimbral instrument (see above?) then it is very inconvenient to do it one by one as opposed to highlight several all at once in the little dialog window. pHuN |

There is a 1:1 relationship with freezing with multiport VSTis in ACID. One track can freeze through one bus of a multiport VSTi. If you have multiple busses of a soft-synth exposed, then ACID will prompt you to chose 1 bus to freeze through. You can multiselect different tracks and select freeze. You will be prompted for each track if it is routed to a multiport VSTi. Note that each track is still held to the same 1:1 association. This also permits a single track to be routed to the exact same soft-synth but to be frozen independently. <edit> The choose bus dialog needs to be updated to indicate which track is being chosen for. I will add this to the list for the next update. When multiple tracks are selected it is not clear which track is being selected for. eter Message last edited on11/15/2008 1:59:42 PM bypwppch. |
