Subject:Orders Did You Get The Right One

I decided to research this before acting again.

Did anybody order the download with content by UPS and was it in good shape sealed and the proper order?

I have ordered the download with content plus Pulse. Not one piece of the software was sealed. I can see the Acid 7 DVD and the content that comes with it being unsealed however, my tin box was not sealed, dented, and the DVD was flopping around on the inside. I ordered Pulse as many of us did. Pulse did not arrive.

Was I the only one, hopefully, or did someone else have a similar situation?

Thank you,
P.S. sales guys: I wonder how vacuum sales are going to be in Saskatchewan? I wouldn't threaten anyone there, they are pretty big guys, and might lose it on you. Better doing that I guess pretty soon than what you were going to be looking at. Oh well, sooner or later......

I got the whole package very quickly (in Australia). Yes, the tin box was slightly dented and the CD was loose inside, but it worked Ok. My free library (Bhangra breaks) was there. Also the short version user guide and keyboard shortcut summary. The content and program CD were sealed.

I got everything quickly in Hong Kong. I also ordered Bhangra Breaks as my free library, and it was in there. Everything was sealed. And like everyone else, the 8 Packs metal box was badly dented, plus the fuzz on the plush inside had to be washed off the disc. Kind of silly to make this metal commemorative box and then put them in unpadded envelopes, ensuring damage. I'd have been just as happy to get the 8 Packs collection in a paper sleeve.

No problems at all with my paquet overhere in lowlands of Europe - the metal box with one disc however is a bit over the top!

My tin box came dented also. It's noticeable but not a big deal.

Got mine in Australia very quickly as well. Disc loose in tin also. Looks okay though. Got my free loop CD (UK Underground beats...or somethin??!!). Manuals and app DVD loose as well.

I really wanted the AP7 box though! Nice packaging. I still have the Sonic Foundry box for AP3.
