I never upgraded from ACID 5 to 6 because I kept waiting for ACID 7. Needless to say I bought the upgrade as soon as I got the email from Sony. The first thing that is really frustrating (so far) is I have the virgin audio track I've recorded on the virgin A7 song and I went to trim it, cut it up and try and re-use some of the parts further in the song. I find that when I cut an audio track then try and copy it, it will paste like it worked but the audio file is not there. The parts are labeled the same and the same size but there is no audio file there. I found that I have to take the entire audio file, copy & paste and then trim to how I want it. This is a major flaw in the new program unless I'm missing something obvious. Does anybody have a clue if it's an issue with the program or am I missing something obvious? I don't know if this was the case in 6 but in 5 I could copy any part of any audio file and paste it elsewhere in the song.
