I upgraded to Acid 7.0 earlier today.
How do I know if I am one of the 600 people to receive the free Classic 8Packs DVDs?

Kenny Q, when I upgraded on Monday it was listed in my basket. I ordered the download version and spent the extra $15.00 for the home delivery of the items with manual. Everything arrived today via UPS. I have to say Sony has exceeded my expectations.

Same here...I pulled the trigger early and nabbed the Classic 8Packs + the manual/program discs + a free Loops For ACID library...and everything arrived here today in Calgary via Fedex.

By far - the best "customer service" experience I have had in a while - from the folks on the phones guiding my through my free upgrade to the delivery of the supplemental material - it was all top notch.
