AP6 Serial Number not accepted -ACID Product Family

Subject:AP6 Serial Number not accepted Posted by: PeterWright Date:10/28/2008 4:47:02 PM I copied my AP6Pro serial number from the "My Software" page and pasted it into the upgrade box and got: "The serial number you entered is not a valid serial number for this upgrade purchase. Please try again." Can I check my serial number from somewhere else? edit - I checked from the Installed AP6 - it's the same number plus a second line of 10 digits, but when I paste the first number into the box in the upgrade page, it cuts off the last two digits of the first line number, as if there's not enough room.
