Hi All, does anybody know how it works? I'd like to change my old PC motherboard on to newer/powerful one with more RAM available. As for my understanding if I do this, my ACID Pro6 that was installed on the old motherboard won't recognize my PC ID? Is that correct? I'm sorry I'm not very good at PC hardware, if so, would that be enough just reinstall my ACID Pro6 and register it again on line or, do I have to contact customer support after I change my PC's motherboard? Some guy said that old my previous installation shouldn't be effected by such kind of action and all I need just activate product on line again? I'd appreciate very much your help Thanks a lot Geno |

You may have to reactivate. If so, it's very quick and normally completely painless. SONY allows multiple activations, up to a point. If you do it too many times you'll eventually get a message saying you have too many activations. At that point you'll have to call customer service and explain what you're doing. They're usually very helpful and accomodating. |
