Vegas does not do any CD writing, so , no, there are no issues with
any CD writer.

I've been using SF4.5 & CDarch for near two years and find them
superb programs. SF4.5 seriously needs support for 24/96 audio which
I am sure is coming since everyone is telling this to Sonic Foundry.
CDarch burns red book only, it does this very well which covers most
of my needs. Ripping with CDarch produced a lot of artifacts. I use
EasyCD Creator if other features like "enhanced, or track at once, or
ripping" are needed. Still relying on CDarch as my main burning
program. Suppose 24/96 and DVD will at some time become an issue
with CDarch, but no concerns here yet. Used with Vegas, these are a
terrific package. Very eager to upgrade to Vegas 2.0 full release
(don't have time for betas).
