Subject:Removing Wind Noise from Soundtrack

Recently I shot some ocean video and I when I loaded the movie track in VMS9 I realized I did not have the wind cut feature on the microphone via the camcorder. Now I'm stuck with great video and ocean sound, but have a distracting wind noise on the soundtrack. Is there a way to remove it or cut it down using Sound Forge Studio 9

Without repeating what has already been covered, search this and the Vegas audio forum for possible solutions and info.

There have been some posts about this in the past (I remember responding to one).

However, you will have a real problem removing wind noise from ocean sounds rather than from voices or music.
