>Pro Type Titler has help? Pro Type Titler lacks the most basic Windows functions, namely copy and paste. Having created a title and spent a lot of time tweakeing it, there is no way to copy and paste in, seems one has to start all over again. Yes, the whole thing can be copyoed on the timeline, but that is not the same. No right click popup menu!!! And this is Sony Vegas Pro. You can also save any page you created by saving a preset. But I agree it would be better to have a true copy/paste function. |

I can copy/paste text in PT no problem. Unless you mean something else? And the non-pro versions of vegas don't have PT, so it's a pro-only option. :) |

>Having created a title and spent a lot of time tweakeing it, there is no way to copy and paste in< You can save the text layer using "save to collection..." (in the lower left window) then drag from the collection to create a new text layer with the same formatting. Ctrl C Ctrl V would be much simpler!! Warren |

I was floored to learn there is no documentation on the titler. So if anyone is using it successfully can you point me in the right direction to learn how to use it, or maybe there are downloadable files that users have created?...damn Sony sucks!!! Randy |

...quite a while back i got spot's vasst dvd on the pro type titler ... learned a lot ... well presented ... but still very tedious and not real intuitive ... been spoiled with live type so i usually go back and use that for titling... Message last edited on8/13/2008 9:38:58 PM bystopint. |

I also got Spot's VASST DVD on it and learned a lot. Though I also go back to the PC version of LiveType sometimes, that's the old India Pro CG. |
