Subject:SF7 Cursed me in Japanese!

I'm not sure how I did it, but while trying to save a WAV file, SF7 gave me a BIG dialog box with a lot of what looked like Japanese characters, followed by something like "The operation could not be carried out" in English.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?

If I can reproduce the results, I'll post an image and more info somewhere.
