Subject:VST effects not listed

I have Vista Home Premium. Acid Pro 6.0d. VST instruments work fine. Acid scans and 'registers' VST effects folders but when it is done, nothing shows up in the listof available VST effects. DirectX effects are listed and work fine.

I fixed the problem! I re-started ACID as administrator and re-scanned the vst effects. Now, they all show up. Finally!
