Subject:Acid 4 - Auto changing Project Tempo - Don't Want
Posted by: djgonzo

I cannot figure out how to stop Acid from automatically changing the Project Tempo of my tracks as I lay them on the layout panel and it's making my tracks sound terrible. I do not want Acid to automatically change the project tempo...I want to maintain the default of the file itself.

I've gone through the program's preferences and can't seem to figure it out.

Please assist.

Thank you

Add the tracks as One-shot rather than loops.

This is an old post I put up.....and haven't really fooled around with ACID in some time however, I'm back at it and need to figure this out.

Again, as I lay my tracks down on the workspace....and play them back....the tempo for the tracks are screwed up. Meaning, they are being played at tempos other than what they were recorded at.

Chienworks....I don't quite understand what you are saying here.

Any further help from the group is greatly appreciated.
