Subject:time delay

Recently I purchased Acid Music Studio to make rough arrangements for the band and it seems like there is a time lag on my tracks. At first I thought it was just me not playing well with the metronome but after a few songs I'm sure it's not. Anyone heard of this happening? Is there a fix?

Please fill out your system specs in your user profile and make them visible.

What audio hardware are you using?
Are you using ASIO , Mapper, or Wave Classic drivers?

If you are using ASIO, what is your buffer setting for your ASIO drivers?
