Vegas + Core 2

Is anyone using Vegas with Lexicon Core 2?

We tried this out, and here are some problems:

- Vegas freezes if you try to activate recording from
different input pairs simulateneously (i.e. Inputs 1&2
and Inputs 3&4)

- Overdubs do not align properly -- if you record a track
alongside some existing tracks, the result is delayed
by an arbitrary amount of time which varies from take to
take.

- Vegas sometimes crashes if you undo the last recording.
I believe this happens when you have takes from different
directories present in your project and is probably
unrelated to Core 2. I think someone else had a similar
problem with ACID.

On a separate note, are there plans to bring
news.sonicfoundry.com back up? Surely would be nice.

Vegas supports upto 96 kHz at 24 bits.

We have only seen this problem with pirated copies of Vegas.

Reinstall Vegas from the CD making sure to uninstall the current copy
first. If you still have problems, call our support dept and they can
help you with a fresh installation and registration of Vegas.
