does anyone know if the cme vxseries keyboards with the motorized faders work with acid..... they use the mackie control template... thanks in advance |

Good question. We do not have any of these in house so we have not tested against them. Technically, if it follows the MCU protocol, then it will work. There are limitations in all MCU emulations that I have seen. Typicially they are a sub set of the overall MCU protocol. I will see if they have a manual online and see what their MCU emulation supports. You might want to ask CME if they have tested against ACID(and/or Vegas.) edit--- I was wrong. We did test against a VX series' MCU emulation. The results were not very good. You should check with CME to see what they have to say. Peter Message last edited on4/27/2008 11:21:10 PM bypwppch. |

hey ....sony .... what was wrong with cme emulation, can i call you guys and talk in more detail. i am just trying to find a good controller for acid, keyboad mag said it worked but you guys said it did not work. thanks for any help. |
