Subject:Buttons appears to be outside the border of windows!

I am using Windows 2000 and when i use the File Open menu,
the buttons at the right of the window are outside the
window right border so i can't click on it! (i can just see
some oft its pixels)
Sound Forge is the only application which act like this,
so i think my video driver which is not involved.
