How does one correct a bad or corrupted template? I clicked on "save as" and then chose the .wma file type. I tried to use the "Custom" feature of the "Windows Media Service settings. I wanted to compress a .wav file to a .wma file with 10 kpbs @ 11 kHz settings. After selecting these settings via the "Custom" option, I finished and clicked on Save. It was then that I received the message, "File could not be saved. You may have a bad or a corrupted template." Any help with this problem. tedm@a-msystems.com |
