Subject:.asf Streaming Help

I'm using Sound Forge to save some audio files as .asf and
then putting them up on my personal web page for
streaming. No matter what buffer size I set my Windows
Media Player to, it always tries to download the whole .ASF
file (>1 minute's worth) before playing the song, unlike
Real Player that buffers a few seconds and then starts
playing immediately the .ra files I have on my page. Am I
doing something wrong with the .asf encoding for streaming?
