How do I record cd tracks in sound forge if possible?

You need to be more specific about your question.
If you're talking about SF recording track index markers,
it can't. You can, however, use CD Architect to read in
your CD digitally and tell it to create markers for track
indexes. This requires you to have a SCSI burner.
If I didn't answer your question, ask it again a little
more specifically.
