I have SoundForge 4.0. I just installed Acoustic Mirror. However, it didn't show up when I launched SoundForge. It shows up in Cubase, but not SoundForge. Usually a drop menu called "direct x" appears when you install a new plugin in SoundForge, but this didn't happen. Anyone have any advice? Thanks! -James |

In SF4.0, pull down the HELP menu, click on "about SF" and look to see what version of SF4.0 you have. DirectX capability wasn't included in 4.0 'til about 4.0c, or so. Go to SF's website and download the latest update of 4.0 (which is 4.0e). Install it on your computer and you will now have DirectX capability. On another note, this might be obvious, but the "directx" menus do not show up unless you actually have a wave file open in sound forge.
