Subject:Missing commands?

I have Sound Forge XP 4.5

My problem is that some commands seem to be missing. There
is no "Channel Converter" in the process menu or a "Pitch
Shift" in the Effects menu.

They are mentioned several times in the "help", so I think
they should be found there.

What could be wrong?
