We recently added a Roland UA-30 to our computer to get DAT in to Sound Forge. We also have a SoundBlaster 64 installed. The problem is since installing the UA-30, sound forge only plays back thru it. Everything else in the computer plays back thru the the 64 card. Is there a way in Sound Forge to tell it which device (sound card) to play back from and which device to record from. I looked in the properties and options, didn't see anything. |

Hi Robert, In Sound Forge, select Options>Preferences to open the Preferences dialog box. Then click on the Wave tab. You can choose the drivers that Sound Forge will use by making selections in the Playback and Record drop-down lists. Best, Scott -- Scott R.
