Subject:MP2, audio when ? for radiostation purposes

I work for radiostations, several.
They all use RCSWORKS Selector and Master Control as
platform. MP3 is out of question in production, because one
should pay license for using that format.

I would need to make easy converting, normalizing and etc.
for several tens of thousands music files in near future.
format MP2. so when is it on SF ???
pls.
