Subject:Dropped processes in Batch File

I've been using batch files extensively the last two weeks and have found that some processes are "missed" on about 1 out of 3 occasions. It is most often the "Normalize" process.

I'm wondering if it is a timing issue and if it might not be well to insert a timing loop in the code between processes?
