does anyone know a way to take a voice and make it sound
demonic?

Yes, first you must purchase the Linda Blair Plugin made by Sonic
Foundry, then after you've done that open up your Voice Track
in Sound Forge and select it all. Then goto the "Effects" Menu and
select Pitch-Shift. Enter a value between -6 to -12 in
the "Semitones" value. Hit the preview button and wallah...demonic
you have it!!! If it slows it down too much for your liking, then
put a check in the "preserve duration" check box.

Hi
Ultra Pitch and Enigma by Waves does some really cool stuff,Also flip
the Vocal part around backwords and add a heavy reverb with a tail
about 1 to 2 sec. and flip it back to normal.Hope this helps let me
know
