When I purchased Acid 6 download, I ticked the box to have the Kompakt disk and the DVD plus the Cinescore , but at the end screen there was no delivery adress on my account.. wrong as i got my vegas past week.
Anyone know if i will get my Items by fed?
The bad is i am overseas and its hard to get sales support by phone :/

Concur on contacting customer support ASAP. My experiences have been excellent in this regard, from back when it was Sonic Foundry to it becoming Sony customer support. They will get it sorted for you. But be proactive, clear and concise in what you tell them happened, and don't dilly-dally.

happend to me too. I contacted support (email) and it was hopeless. I had the impression I'm talking to someone on a different planet!! At some stage I was told I have to pay $12 US (the disks wouldn't be free) and shipping. In the end I wrote a letter and sent it by mail and asked to get it bundeled with another order I had done..that worked
