I have an MP3 that is volume is very low on. Much lower than other MP3s that I am trying to burn to CD. How can I increase the volume on this MP3 without causing clipping or distortion? Please help, I'm new to Sound Forge. |

1 Open the MP3 in SF. 2 In SF's taskbar, go to Process -> Normalize. 3 In the new menu, select "Normalize using Peak Level" and press OK. This will increase the track's volume to just below clipping point. Thus, you'll get a maximum volume without clipping. Good luck.
