hey, i know this is a very unprofessional and extremely
stupid question, but nevertheless:

Is there a sort of metronome in soundforge that i can run
while recording s.th.?
If there is, please tell me where.

Hello.

No, unfortunately not. No metronome in Sound Forge.
Since it is not a multitrack recorder, it cannot play/record at the
same time. Our upcoming version of the Vegas Pro (Audio) program DOES
allow you to record with a metronome, but this version has not yet
been released and I have no ETA.
