Perhaps this has been asked and answered, but I couldn't find it in the posts: Is there anyway to apply effects envelopes to files in sound forge 4.5? If I want a gradual attack or slow fade for some effect (Hyperprism effects, for example, or even Sound Forge sfx's)is this doable? I know if the efeect tiself has an envelope funtion I can (as in Acoustic Mirror), but what about in other effects that dont have "built-in" envelopes? TonyK |

i'm afraid this is impossible in SF. you'll have to use ACID for that. in ACID you can apply an envelope and edit it to your liking (fading and stuff). you can then save the song as a wave file and open it again in SF. good luck.
