Hi, how do u zip mp3 files the proper way. I tried using
winzip but didn't get the compression down to where I wanted
it to. For example, If I wanted to zip and mp3 say 3.9MB
big, winzip will compress this to 3.7MB.

Is there another program that compresses' properly?

Hi!

This has nothing to do with Winzip or any other compression
utility. An MP3 file is already heavily compressed by itself
(you're compressing a very large wave file to a much smaller MP3).
Basically the MP3 file is already a 'zipped' version of your song.

Therefore, zipping an MP3 file is quite useless. It'd be trying to
zip a zip file, so to speak. ;-)
