When I resample CD audio for use in DVD production (which needs to be 48k) I can here noise in the wav file that wasn't there when it was 44k. I know this has to have some thing to do with resampling the file at a higher sample rate, but is there anyway to get a clean resample without the noise? I have tried noise reduction but I havn't had great results. Thanks in advance. |

What sound card are you using? On my system if I don't change the clock from 44.1 to 48 on my DSP Factory I get noise on playback. Make sure that your sound card sample rate matches your .wav files. This seems to only be an issue in SF as Acid and Vegas will convert on the fly.
